- Send us your request using econsult online, or phone for help. Our receptionists will take your details. You can request help for yourself or someone you care for, and choose a named GP if you wish. If you don't have an a smartphone or online access you are welcome to continue with the telephone.
- The doctor will call or message. Usually within an hour on the day you contact us but it may take longer. You will be seen if needed.
- You are always offered an appointment to see one of our GPs if needed.
Generally on the same day, there is no need to book in advance.
