1. Send us your request online, or phone for help.

Our receptionists can take your details. You can request help for yourself or someone you care for, and choose a named GP if you wish.

If you don't have an email you are welcome to continue with the telephone.

2. The doctor will call or message.

Usually within an hour on the day you contact us but it may take longer. You will be seen if needed.

3. You are always offered an appointment to see one of our GPs if needed

Generally on the same day, there is no need to book in advance

If you have difficulties speaking English please ask the receptionist to book an interpreter for your appointment.  This will help you and the doctor/nurse during your appointment.

We are a training practice for both junior doctors and GP trainees, and on occasions there will be a video recording of a patient’s consultation.  Physical examinations will not be recorded.  This will only be done with the patient’s consent.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. If you regularly fail to cancel appointments that you cannot attend we reserve the right to remove you from our patient list.
